To extend the life of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, Preventive Maintenance regularly lubricates bearings in motors, fans and pumps, and changes air filters on an ongoing basis.

PM crews also use thermal imaging to identify heat loss in buildings so that repairs can be made and use thermal imaging to identify whether motors are operating within recommended ranges.
