This project involves significant site improvements to the main open space on campus. Designer selection is underway with submittals received on February 24, 2014. Construction is anticipated to begin Summer 2015.

Drainage improvements to the existing fields is the focus of this project. Working with the Army Corps of Engineers and the Town of Boone, it is anticipated that this project will utilize spoils from the stream improvements being undertaken by the Army Corps of Engineers. Construction depends on the schedule for the stream project, but is anticipated to occur Summer 2014.
The project consists of improvements to the building entrance to address water infiltration. Construction bids will be received April 2014. Construction will occur over the Summer of 2014. Mathews Architecture is the architect of record.

Conversion from the existing soccer field to a field hockey field is underway. The contractor is Construction Sports Associates and the designer is CHS. The project will be completed Summer 2014.
This project includes energy savings improvements to multiple campus facilities, including lighting replacements, fume hood replacements, HVAC efficiencies, and a new data center for the campus. This project is underway and will continue until Summer 2015.
